# The Central Rating List (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2003, Introduction: Introductory text


RATING AND VALUATION, WALES
Made 9th December 2003
Coming into force 11th December 2003
The National Assembly for Wales makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 53(1), (2), (4) and (4A), 140(4) and 143(1), (3) and (4A) of the Local Government Finance Act 1988 and now vested in the National Assembly for Wales so far as exercisable in relation to Wales.
