In Part 4 of the Schedule (local gas transportation hereditaments), in the first column (designated person)—
(a) omit the following designated persons—
(i) “British Gas Connections Limited”;
(ii) “British Gas Pipelines Limited”;
(iii) “Utility Grid Installations Limited”;
(iv) “The Gas Transportation Company Limited”;
(v) “SP Gas Limited”;
(vi) “Quadrant Pipelines Limited”;
(vii) “ESP Networks Limited”;
(viii) “ESP Pipelines Limited”;
(b) for “Global Utility Connections Limited” substitute “Last Mile Gas Limited (registered with company number SC303150)”;
(c) immediately after “Independent Pipelines Limited” insert “(registered with company number 02828692)”;
(d) for “SSE Pipelines Limited” substitute “Indigo Pipelines Limited (registered with company number 02742721)”;
(e) immediately after “GTC Pipelines Limited” insert “(registered with company number 03104203)”;
(f) immediately after “E.S. Pipelines Limited” insert “(registered with company number 03822878)”.
