In Part 7 of the Schedule (electricity distribution hereditaments), in the first column (designated person)—

(a)

for “Central Networks West plc” substitute “National Grid Electricity Distribution (West Midlands) plc (registered with company number 03600574)”;

(b)

immediately after “SP Manweb plc” insert “(registered with company number 02366937)”;

(c)

omit “United Utilities Electricity plc”;

(d)

for “Western Power Distribution (South Wales) plc” substitute “National Grid Electricity Distribution (South Wales) plc (registered with company number 02366985)”.
