In Part 9 of the Schedule (water supply hereditaments), in the first column (designated person)—
(a) for “Dee Valley Water plc” substitute “Hafren Dyfrdwy Cyfyngedig (registered with company number 03527628)”;
(b) immediately after “Dŵr Cymru Cyfyngedig” insert “(registered with company number 02366777)”;
(c) immediately after “Severn Trent Water Limited” insert “(registered with company number 02366686)”;
(d) for “United Utilities Water plc” substitute “United Utilities Water Limited (registered with company number 02366678)”.
