# The Central Rating List (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2024, Regulation 5: Amendments to the Central Rating List (Wales) Regulations 2005


In regulation 9 (national and regional gas hereditaments)—
(a) in paragraphs (1) and (3), for “Transco”, in each place it occurs, substitute “National Gas Transmission plc (registered with company number 02006000)”;
(b) in paragraph (5) omit ““Transco” means Transco plc and each subsidiary of National Grid Transco plc existing on 1 March 2005;” and the “and” after it.
