# The Central Rating List (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2024, Regulation 8: Amendments to the Central Rating List (Wales) Regulations 2005


In Part 2 of the Schedule (communication hereditaments), in the first column (designated person)—
(a) for “British Telecommunications plc” substitute “British Telecommunications Public Limited Company (registered with company number 01800000)”;
(b) omit the following designated persons—
(i) “Cable and Wireless UK”;
(ii) “Energis Communications Limited”;
(c) for “Global Crossing (UK) Telecommunications Limited” substitute “Lumen Technologies UK Limited (registered with company number 02495998)”.
