  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nRegulation 2 of these Regulations amends the Central Rating Lists Regulations 1989 so that, with a view to the rating en bloc of non-domestic hereditaments occupied by Nuclear Electric plc for the purposes of generating electricity, that company and those hereditaments are shown on the central rating lists for England and for Wales.\nRegulation 3 amends the Regulations so that hereditaments occupied for the purposes of generating electricity by means of tidal power are not included on the central rating lists.",
