Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Central Rating Lists (Amendment) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 1st April 1990.

Expressions used in these Regulations which are also used in the Central Rating Lists Regulations 1989^f1 (“the principal Regulations”) shall have the same meanings as in those Regulations.
