Regulation 10 Telecommunications: changes of name

In regulation 4 of the 1994 Regulations–

(a)

in paragraph (2), for “Mercury Communications Limited” there is substituted “ Cable and Wireless Communications (Mercury) Limited”;

(b)

in paragraph (3), for “BR Telecommunications Limited” there is substituted “ Racal Telecommunications Limited”; and

(c)

in paragraph (5), for “AT & T (UK) Limited” there is substituted “ AT & T Communications (UK) Limited”.
