Regulation 2 Application of the Regulations

Other than regulations 3 and 4, these Regulations shall have effect with respect to any central non-domestic rating list compiled on or after 1st April 1995.

Regulations 3 and 4 shall have effect with respect to the central non-domestic rating list for England compiled on 1st April 1990.
