# The Central Securities Depositories Regulations 2017, Paragraph 13: Banking Act 2009


In section 4 of the Banking Act 2009 (special resolution objectives), in subsection (4)(a), after “clearing houses” insert “ , recognised CSDs within the meaning of section 285 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 ”.
