In the Schedule to the Public Interest Disclosure (Prescribed Persons) Order (Northern Ireland) 1999 (prescribed persons), in the second column of the entry in the table relating to the Bank of England, after “clearing houses” insert “ (including central-counterparties) and central securities depositories; securities settlement systems and the internalised settlement of securities ”.
