# The Central Securities Depositories Regulations 2017, Paragraph 27: Pension Protection Fund (PPF Ombudsman) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005


In Article 5 of the Pension Protection Fund (PPF Ombudsman) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005 (restrictions on the disclosure of information), in paragraph (2)(j), for “or a third country central counterparty” substitute “ , third country central counterparty, recognised CSD, EEA CSD or third country CSD ”.
