# The Central Securities Depositories Regulations 2017, Paragraph 30: Financial Assistance Scheme (Appeals) Regulations 2005


In regulation 28 of the Financial Assistance Scheme (Appeals) Regulations 2005 (restriction on use of documents and information provided for investigations), in paragraph (3)(k), for “or third country central counterparty” substitute “ , third country central counterparty, recognised CSD, EEA CSD or third country CSD ”.
