# The Central Securities Depositories Regulations 2017, Paragraph 42: Public Interest Disclosure (Prescribed Persons) Order 2014


In the Schedule to the Public Interest Disclosure (Prescribed Persons) Order 2014 (prescribed persons), in the second column of the entry in the table relating to the Bank of England—
(a) in paragraph (a) after “(including central-counterparties)” insert “ and central securities depositories ”;
(b) in paragraph (c) after “securities settlement systems” insert “ and the internalised settlement of securities ”.
