  "text": "(1) In these Regulations—\n“BS 6748” means the British Standard Specification for limits of metal release from ceramic ware, glassware, glass ceramic ware and vitreous enamel ware BS 6748: 1986 published by the British Standards Institution on 29th August 1986;\n“ceramic ware” has the meaning given in clause 2 of BS 6748, but does not include ceramic ware not intended to come into contact with foodstuffs.\n(2) Any reference in these Regulations to any requirement or test specified in BS 6748 includes a reference to any requirement or test incorporated in BS 6748 by reference to any other British Standard Specification as amended before 29th August 1986.",
