# The Cereal Seeds (Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2000, Regulation 5: Amendment of regulation 4 of the principal Regulations


In regulation 4 (seeds to which the Regulations apply)
(a) in paragraph (1) for–
“Subject to paragraphs (2) and (3) below there shall be substituted “Subject to paragraph (2) below".”
(b) paragraph (2)(b), (c) and (d) and paragraph (3) shall be omitted.
