Regulation 2 Amendments to the Challenges to Validity of EU Instruments (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

The Challenges to Validity of EU Instruments (EU Exit) Regulations 2019^f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 3—

(a)

in paragraph (1)(a), for “exit day”, in both places it occurs, substitute “IP completion day”;

(b)

in paragraph (1)(b), for “exit day” substitute “IP completion day”; and

(c)

in paragraph (2), for “exit day” substitute “IP completion day”.

In regulation 4(2), for “exit day” substitute “IP completion day”.
