# Channel Islands (Representation) Measure 1931, Section 3: †Duties of Decanal Conferences.


The Deanery Synod of each Island shall—
(a) provide for the forming, keeping and revising of a church electoral roll for that Island and the election of lay members of the Deanery Synod;
(b) elect representatives both clerical and lay to the Diocesan Synod in accordance with directions given by that conference; and
(c) elect, through its lay members, one member of the House of Laity.
