# The Channel Tunnel (Customs and Excise) Order 1990, Paragraph 20A


The power conferred by section 139(1) to seize or detain any thing liable to forfeiture shall be taken to include a power for any officer or constable to seize or detain any such thing in a control zone in a Designated State.
