# The Channel Tunnel (Customs and Excise) Order 1990, Paragraph 22

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

In section 146(1) (service of process) the reference in paragraph (c) to an aircraft shall be construed as including a reference to a vehicle which has arrived from or is departing to France through the tunnel , and in relation to such a vehicle the second reference to the United Kingdom shall be construed as including a reference to a control zone in France within the tunnel system.
