# The Channel Tunnel (Customs and Excise) Order 1990, Paragraph 3

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

For the purposes of section 30(1) (control of movement of uncleared goods within or between port or airport and other places) a customs approved area shall be treated as being within the limits of a port, whether or not it is.
