# The Channel Tunnel (Customs and Excise) Order 1990, Paragraph 6

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

In section 42(1)(a) (power to regulate the unloading, removal, etc. of imported goods) the reference to a vehicle entering the United Kingdom shall be construed as including a reference to a vehicle arriving at a place which is a customs approved area either in France or through the tunnel from France.
