# Channel Tunnel (International Arrangements) (Amendment) Order 2003, Note: Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends the Channel Tunnel (International Arrangements) Order 1993. It removes the requirement in that Order that Concessionaires maintain electrified grids at the entrance to each tunnel intended to deter animals from entering the tunnels.
No Regulatory Impact Assessment has been prepared in respect of this Order.
