  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Channel Tunnel (International Arrangements) (Amendment) Order 2007.\n(2) This article and article 2(4) to (6) (and article 2(1) so far as relating to article 2(4) to (6)) come into force on 14th November 2007.\n(3) Subject to that, this Order comes into force on 19th November 2007.",
