  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Channel Tunnel (Miscellaneous Provisions) Order 1994 (S.I. 1994/1405). It amends Article 7 of that Order to include a reference to the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 to reflect amendments made to Schedule 4 of the Channel Tunnel (International Arrangements) Order 1993 (S.I. 1993/1813). It also amends article 7 to substitute the reference to the Prevention of Terrorism (Temporary Provisions) Act 1989 (which has been repealed) with a reference to the Terrorism Act 2000.",
