  "heading": "Amendment of the Channel Tunnel (Miscellaneous Provisions) Order 1994",
  "text": "(1) The Channel Tunnel (Miscellaneous Provisions) Order 1994 is amended as follows.\n(2) In article 3 (application of tripartite articles) at the beginning of paragraphs (2) and (3) insert “Subject to paragraph (4),” and after paragraph (3) insert—\n“(4) Nothing in this article implies the existence of a control zone in the station of London-Waterloo on British Territory.”.\n(3) In article 4 (application of enactments) after paragraph (1) insert—\n“(1A) The Race Relations Act 1976 shall apply to the carrying out by immigration officers of their functions in a control zone outside the United Kingdom as it applies to the carrying out of their functions within the United Kingdom.”\n(4) Article 7 (enactments modified) becomes paragraph (1) of article 7 and at the end insert—\n“(2) Nothing in paragraph (1)(b) implies the existence of a control zone in the station of London-Waterloo on British Territory.”.\n(5) In Schedule 1 (expressions defined) at the end of the definition of “control zone” insert “but excluding the station of London-Waterloo on British territory”.",
