# The Channel Tunnel Rail Link (Nomination) (Amendment) Order 2003, Article 2: Amendment of nominated undertaker appointment


The Channel Tunnel Rail Link (Nomination) Order 1999 is amended by, in articles 3(2)(b) and 3(2)(c) after “section 14”, inserting “(1)(b)”.
