# The Channel Tunnel Rail Link (Nomination) (Amendment) Order 2007, Article 2: Amendment of the Channel Tunnel Rail Link (Nomination) Order 1999


(1) The Channel Tunnel Rail Link (Nomination) Order 1999 is amended as follows.
(2) In article 3(1)(b) and (c), for each reference to “section 14”, substitute “section 14(1)(b)”.
