# The Channel Tunnel Rail Link (Nomination) Order 1997, Article 3


(1) Eurostar (U.K.) Limited shall be the nominated undertaker for all purposes of such provisions of Part I as are specified below (being some of the provisions in which the nominated undertaker is expressly referred to), other than in relation to the excluded works:
(a) sections 1, 7, 8, 27, 28, 30, 32, 36, 37 and 39; and
(b) Schedules 1 to 8, Part I of Schedule 9, and Schedules 10, 11 and 15.
(2) Eurostar (U.K.) Limited shall in addition be the nominated undertaker for the purposes of any other provision of Part I so far as relating to or consequential on the matters set out in the provisions referred to in paragraph (1) above.
