# The Channel Tunnel (Security) Order 1994, Paragraph 7


In this Schedule “registrar of companies” means the registrar or other officer performing under the Companies Act 1985 the duty of registration of companies in England and Wales or in Scotland, or the registrar of companies appointed under Article 653 of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986, as the case may require.
