# The Channel Tunnel (Security) Order 1994, Paragraph 2

In Schedule 1 to the Suppression of Terrorism Act 1978 (list of offences for the purposes of section 1 of that Act) after paragraph 18B there is inserted—
“Offences relating to Channel Tunnel trains and the tunnel system
18C An offence under Part II of the Channel Tunnel (Security) Order 1994 No. ”
