# The Charge Limitation (England) (Maximum Amount) (No. 3) Order 1990, Article 4: Maximum amounts


The amount which the aggregate amount of precepts issued by an authority shown in Schedule 2 to this Order for the year beginning with 1st April 1990 is not to exceed is the amount shown against the name of the authority in that Schedule, which amount does not in the case of any such authority exceed the aggregate amount of precepts already issued by the authority for that year.
