# The Charge Limitation (England) (Maximum Amount) Order 1990, Article 3: Maximum amount


The amount which the amount calculated by the Council of the London Borough of Hillingdon in relation to the year beginning with 1st April 1990 under section 95(4) of the Act is not to exceed is £141,700,000, which amount does not exceed the amount already calculated by that authority in relation to that year under the said section 95(4).
