Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and effect

These Regulations may be cited as the Charitable Deductions (Approved Schemes) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2000 and shall come into force on 21st August 2000.

Regulations 3 and 5 to 8 shall have effect in relation to supplements payable in respect of sums withheld on or after 6th April 2000 and before 6th April 2003.
