Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and effect

These Regulations may be cited as the Charitable Deductions (Approved Schemes) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 and shall come into force on 6th April 2000.

(2)

Regulations 4 and 5 shall have effect in relation to sums withheld on or after 6th April 2000.
