  "heading": "Records to be kept of members’ decisions",
  "text": "(1) Every CIO must keep records comprising—\n(a) minutes of all proceedings of general meetings;\n(b) copies of the resolutions of members passed otherwise than at general meetings;\n(c) copies of decisions of members made otherwise than by resolution; and\n(d) details provided to the CIO in accordance with regulation 43.\n(2) The records must be kept for at least 6 years from the date of the meeting, resolution or decision, as the case may be.",
