# The Charitable Incorporated Organisations (General) Regulations 2012, Regulation 45: Records of resolutions and meetings of classes of members

Regulations 41 to 44 apply, with any necessary modifications, to the resolutions, decisions and meetings of a class of members of a CIO as they apply in relation to resolutions and decisions of members generally and to general meetings.
