  "text": "(1) Where a member of a CIO (“M”) has received a document or information from the CIO otherwise than in hard copy form, M is entitled to require the CIO to send M a version of the document or information in hard copy form.\n(2) The CIO—\n(a) must send the document or information in hard copy form within 21 days of receipt of M’s request; and\n(b) may not make a charge for providing the document or information in that form.",
