  "heading": "Replacement of document not properly delivered to Commission",
  "text": "(1) The Commission may accept a replacement for a document or information previously sent or supplied to it that did not comply with the requirements for proper delivery in regulation 56.\n(2) A replacement must not be accepted by the Commission unless it is satisfied that it is sent or transmitted by—\n(a) the person by whom the original document or information was sent or supplied; or\n(b) the CIO to which the original document or information relates,\nand that it complies with the requirements for proper delivery.",
