  "text": "(1) In a register of members there must be entered for each member of the CIO—\n(a) the name of the member;\n(b) a service address of the member;\n(c) the date on which the person was registered as a member;\n(d) if the CIO has more than one class of member, a statement of the class to which the member belongs; and\n(e) the date on which the person ceased to be a member.\n(2) For the purpose of sub-paragraph (1)(b) “The principal office of the CIO” may be entered as the service address.\n(3) Every CIO having more than 50 members must keep the register in such a form as to constitute in itself an index.",
