# The Charitable Incorporated Organisations (General) Regulations 2012, Paragraph 6: Amendment of the Charities (Exception from Registration) Regulations 2010

Extent: E+W

(1) The Charities (Exception from Registration) Regulations 2010 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2 after “Subject to” insert “regulation 4 and to”.
(3) In regulation 3 after “Subject to” insert “regulation 4 and to”.
(4) After regulation 3 insert—
“(4) These Regulations do not apply to a charity which is constituted as a charitable incorporated organisation.”.
