# The Charities Act 1992 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1994

Article 2 of this Order brings Part II of the Charities Act 1992 into force on 1st March 1995 except that for the purposes of making regulations under that Part the Order brings its provisions into force on the day after the Order is made.

CHARITIES
Made 27th November 1994
The Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 77(3) and 79(2) of the Charities Act 1992, hereby makes the following Order:

## 1 

This Order may be cited as the Charities Act 1992 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1994.

## 2 

Part II of the Charities Act 1992 (control of fund-raising for charitable institutions) shall come into force on 1st March 1995, except that for the purposes of exercising the power to make regulations under section 59 or 64 thereof it shall come into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made.
