# The Charities Act 1992 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1994, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
Article 2 of this Order brings Part II of the Charities Act 1992 into force on 1st March 1995 except that for the purposes of making regulations under that Part the Order brings its provisions into force on the day after the Order is made.
