# Charities Act 2006, Paragraph 10


In section 18 of the Commons Act 1899 (power to modify provisions as to recreation grounds)—
(a) for “Charity Commissioners” substitute “ Charity Commission ”, and
(b) for “their” substitute “ its ”.
