# Charities Act 2006, Paragraph 181

(1) Schedule 5 to the Reserve Forces Act 1996 (charitable property on disbanding of units) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1(2) for “the Charity Commissioners” substitute “ the Charity Commission ”.
(3) In paragraph 4(1)—
(a) for “Charity Commissioners consider” substitute “ Charity Commission considers ”, and
(b) for “they” substitute “ it ”.
