# Charities Act 2006, Paragraph 25


In section 4 (provisions for protection of existing trusts)—
(a) for “Charity Commissioners” substitute “ Charity Commission ”, and
(b) in paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) for “they are” substitute “ it is ”.
