# Charities Act 2006, Paragraph 33

(1) Section 6 of the London County Council (General Powers) Act 1947 (saving for certain trusts) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (2)—
(a) for “Charity Commissioners” substitute “ Charity Commission ”, and
(b) at the end add “ ; but this is subject to subsection (3) ”.
