# Charities Act 2006, Paragraph 84


In section 5(3) (orders under section 554 of the Education Act 1996)—
(a) for “Charity Commissioners” (in both places) substitute “ Charity Commission ”;
(b) for “the Commissioners” substitute “ the Commission ”; and
(c) for “them” substitute “ it ”.
