# Charities Act 2006, Section 80: Short title and extent

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) This Act may be cited as the Charities Act 2006.
(2) Subject to subsections (3) to (7), this Act extends to England and Wales only.
(3) The following provisions extend also to Scotland—
